Research suggest meditation, mindfulness and breath work to improve mood, sharpen thinking, decrease anxiety and stress, reduce symptoms related to PTSD as well as decrease symptoms of depression and is thus a beneficial tool for mental health and wellness. According to Corporate Wellness Magazine there is conclusive evidence that shows that setting aside an hour a week for yoga brings about noted changes in employee behaviour. 1 Hour a week of Restorative Yogic Relaxation will provide yourself and your employees with increased positivity, improved focus and concentration as well as reduced levels in stress and anxiety. Restorative Sessions for Rehabilitation or Corporate Group Sessions allow for minimum of 4 people per session and a maximum of none 1 x Session a week @ R500 a session 2 x Sessions a week @ R400 a session 3 x Sessions a week @ R380 a session Sessions are available at your business location or via zoom.
Classes can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your booked session should you not be able to attend. Classes do not carry over to the following month should you be unable to make up your amount of sessions booked within a month.
