Service Description

45 min of Movement, Breath & Meditation. Private sessions are perfect if you have a specific end goal in mind or need guidance in a certain area of your practice.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your booked session should you not be able to attend. Classes do not carry over to the following month should you be unable to make up your amount of sessions booked within a month.
